Normally, it's partially erected or fully erected. If you can't mainain erection, and I can guarantee you that you cannot after 5 minutes unless you are very horny, you can do it while flaccid.

Just to warm you, when you do this while erected, the blood pressure all along the entire penis will be very high. So, do light jelq strokes or glides. If you're half erected or flaccid, you can increase in jelqing tension as much as you want.

it’s been some time in between my progress log I’m going to start today day one with keeping a log @DLD and @oldandlively gave me new suggestions to get started fresh!

Let us know how it goes after each day of implementation. This is to gauge your body's reaction to the reset of routines. Just like physical therapy coming out of an injury, PE needs love and care coming out of an injury too.

Yes. Compare the flaccid state before PE and after PE. If the flaccid state after PE remains the same for X amount of hours, you are blessed with great post-PE conditions. If the flaccid state returns back to the flaccid before PE routines, no worries, your body is being trying to learn the new "normal conditions" through continuous reprogramming.

I measured first thing morning bone pressed compared to after hanging session then I measured at the end of the night to see how much it retracts, my bone pressed measurement at night was the same as the morning before session and after session was one inch longer so not sure if my body is fighting stretch or not ?

Not, that's common. It's not fighting back, but it's resetting itself to the old normal conditions. In due time, it will release itself to the new normal conditions.

You're telling me! In my house fire I lost everything including note books on my training but all inventions, exercises and routines have all gone up in flames. I hope you can find your's in the future because I know just how important they are. I pray you do find them in Jesus name 🙏🏽

It's sad because I had one notebook that I was working on a new routine. Many new stretches and new ways to gain girth. I have like 50 boxes of stuff they were able to save. I would be so happy. I'm praying to Jesus this will find them.

Fires are very destructive, in 2003 I was involved in one took 8 months to learn to walk again!
But no matter how much it takes it did not take my mind!

Indeed! I lost everything in my fire no house for 17 months and I still need to repair other side which is going to cost thousands of dollars. The biggest loss loss was when the clean up crew who stole thousands in gold and silver...my retirement. I also lost my record collection worth thousands. Very tough to go through.

Yea that sucks man, you hire a group of professionals to assist in the loss and they end up stealing from you not cool at all brother!

Amen my brother! I thank Jesus for getting me through all the hell I went through. It is definitely an assault on the Brotherhood as I lost all notebooks on my exercises and routines. Rewriting this will take a long time to replace.
