Trying to understand the science behind sleeves

I am attempting to understand the science behind sleeves and how they are used to cement gains. Can some tell me that if they are literally squeezing the penis (kinda) how do they cement girth gains if they do at all. I can see how they would cement length gains but if wearing tight underwear and constricting yourself can cause loss, how is this any different. I have just received my Sillisleeve and am just trying to understand. If there is a link that explains it more clearly, please feel free to provide that as well. Still pending arrival of my other devices but I am excited and ready to go!

Ah yes. The sleeves vs tight pants. Can't compare the two. Tight pants squeezes both your balls as displaces your penis at odd angles. Sleeve stabilizes your penis in one direction using loose clothing. If you wear the sleeves and the right clothing, you might as well ram a rod and tape it at the top of your sleeve to keep things straight.

The sleeves acts as an anti-turtling of your penis. Wear it correctly, it keeps your penis elongated, warm at a temperature that your cells like for repairs and regeneration, and enforce blood to flow so new building blocks can be delivered to the cells in your penis. Using stronger and thicker sleeves, loosely of course, create a passive traction force around 1.2 to 1.5lbs all day. Traction force at this point promotes growth after the initial lengthening routines. When you reach a traction force around 2.5lbs that you can wear all day, you practically creating an optimal gap effect to tell the cells to fill in every gap available to accelerate growth at the micrometer level. This is why the brothers are using extender and traction devices after their lengthening and pumping routines. This is to take advantage of the stressed tissues and force cellular divisions and repairs in every crack you can create. Faster results and faster growths.

By the way, most people don't understand the microcosm of cellular divisions and repairs. Cells are opportunists. During a cell damage, some cells may die because the cell walls can't be repair fast enough. While other cells can react quickly, they take all the remnant cellular parts and make themselves bigger, stronger, and faster in cellular duplication. This is the nature of the multicellular universe within you.
