Hello

Im wondering if this is a good enough routine. My main goal is to gain lenght.

I have been using BM for a good while now, my girth has increased. My base girth is about 16cm ish. My BPEL is about 17.5 ish, depends on the erection quality..

I want to gain lenght and I am wondering if it will be enough to do this routine

15-20 min of bathmathe, with Bathmate stretches.

15 min of manual stretching after Bathmate.

I am also using cortisone cream, and I also use hgh and cialis anyways, i dont know if that helps, but if it does it is a bonus.

Maybe 5x week?

Stretch first before the Bathmate, always length before girth work.
Measure your BPFSL length before your session and aim to gain 4-6% by the end of the session.
 
+1 Stretch before Bathmate.

Add the MOSRED red light during the stretch

How old are you? is this your first time water pumping? If so, delay a bit on pills as you should see an instant bump in EQ and then add to it.

Buy the MittyVac in addition to the Bathmate, and get your correct size, the smaller tube should in theory help with length

Scrap this routine and go for the SRT routine. SRT It's every growth possible

You've been pumping too long, allowing the penile body to adapt. Time to switch it way up.

Vary your routine so your body can't keep up with the adaption to the stress loading.
