on and 1 day rest...then repeat.
I stretch for 10 minutes. Then I detach and unwrap and rest for 10 minuts. Then I do another 10 minutes of stretching...then the session is done.
What I have found out is that being clamped down for 10 minutes allows me to maximize every stretch I do.
I suggest you do something similar.
Then progress to downward bundled stretches and then behind the ass stretches.
