So I was doing a 5 minute pre stretch before 45 minutes of hanging do you think I should stick with the same time frame, but only with the length master?
I'm doing 2 sessions per day. Each sessions are 20 minutes. I do 3 days
on and 1 day rest...then repeat.

I stretch for 10 minutes. Then I detach and unwrap and rest for 10 minuts. Then I do another 10 minutes of stretching...then the session is done.

What I have found out is that being clamped down for 10 minutes allows me to maximize every stretch I do.

I suggest you do something similar.
Then progress to downward bundled stretches and then behind the ass stretches.

Could you give me example of downward bundles? I mean do you stretch straight down and then to the left and right and then behind the ass.

No! Keep yourself to one exercise, that should be enough (talking from my personal experiences).

I feel like I need a main routine at night because I work mornings sometimes and can’t get any extra stretches in only during the week if I’m lucky.

This sounds really good. Keep in mind that it's important to stretch hard, and increase the intensity as you progress. Relax fully into the stretch with reverse kegels so you stretch the inner penis at the same time in every stretch.

Are you saying you do 20 min x 2 sessions per day of this?

I’m not totally sure sometimes I don’t get to hit my workouts until late at night because work can be crazy. Trying to juggle both.

I mean 20 minutes at night and short break another 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes of pumping.

during the week I can stick with extra stretches stretches during the the day like 15 minutes total when I have the time as I was originally doing.

Or do you think that’s overkill?

You don't need extra stretches, if you make sure that when you stretch it's as intense as you can make it.
Make every stretch count.

Get back to your roots and natural state and fast everyday. Help to be so much more productive as well. Keep in mind it can take a couple of weeks for the body and mind to reset if you haven't fasted for a while. Black coffee (or sugarfree energy drinks, never consume liquid calories in my opinion, that's the fastest way to get fat) and sparkling water also helps to blunt any hunger. Remember, being hungry is actually when your body cleansing itself. Focus on satiating foods high in protein and healthy fats and a lot of veggies.

I still want to pump after my main routine so I switch things up a bit decided to stick to 10 minutes of pumping instead of 20 minutes.

I’m still doing interval pumping instead of 2 minutes under pressure I decided to stick to one minute under pressure starting with the following pressures every minute 6hg, 7hg, 8hg, 9hg 10hg, 11hg, 12hg, 13hg, 14hg, 15hg the max.

I might experiment with this interval pumping of a thing. Especially now that I'm focused on girth work.

I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but hanging is starting to get to me and take a lot of time up. I don’t want to quit PE I want to continue, but would like to change my routine if possible and just use the length master for now! And the pump as usual.

Sure brother, you can focus on using the length master to do advance length master routine of 40 minutes daily in combination with pumping. When doing PE, you want to make sure it is not cumbersome. It needs to be addictive.
 
I might experiment with this interval pumping of a thing. Especially now that I'm focused on girth work.

Interval pumping is fun! I just started moving up pressure each minute after a quick break for experimentation it’s not really an interval pumping thing it’s something I thought of.

In this forum I saw a video instruction of a brother, that had an expensive machine to do interval pumping with.

He could just program the machine, and the interval pumping was automatically. The machine was on a table. It was some kind of advanced vaccum pump.

Did you think about doing length in the morning and then girth at night? That way you can get passive healing troughout the day. I recommend a sleeve. It's the easiest in my opinion, I never did the wrapping thing.

Do you have a silisleeve? If you have, I posted a video today to help brothers putting in on the best way if you want to see.

I usually do my workout late at night it’s much easier because I work during the morning or I don’t get off work until late at night. I do have a sleeve, but the only problem I’m noticing more and more is that they are too damn tight even when I stretch them out.

I’m not sure how it works but do you think the harder the sleeve the more tighter it is when buying?
It's up to you how much you are willing to "optimize" things but yeah they are tight, the harder the sleeve the more tight. I had to stretch mine out as well, can take 24-48 hours of stretching them out with a can or vase or something to make them fit. Even with the biggest sleeve you can buy. Maybe you bought too small of a sleeve but in either case, you can enlarge them and if you use the technique I displayed it's very easy to put them on. I can wear them for hours and hours on end.

Okey! But if you use my pel.wrap method (it's in my video thread), you don't need to unwrap all the time. Sometimes I keep my wrap on for like 6 hours, wihout any problems.
But it takes time to get it right/perfect.
I only unwrap and re-wrap for elongation when I need to urinate. At this point for me there is no hassle, it's like putting on a sock for me. I understand your struggle with the wrapping. It took a long time for me to get my pel.wrap to perfection.🙂

If you need strategic implemented rest days to heal and recover, don't be afraid of that.
It's better to have planned rest days, then to be forced to take them due to much sorness...or something like that.

Yeah, it looks like I over did it again another water blister from too much pressure.

I’m curious what would happen if I continued to pump with the blister will it eventually pop in the tube or do I have to stop completely again?
