I’ve been on the newbie routine since December 4 with a 5 ON/2 OFF routine and have gained 1 cm as of my last measurement 3 days ago.

BUT.

This week after taking my 2 OFF days , my EQisn’t rock solid like before these 2 days , my flaccid doesn’t hang as much. It turtles ALOT , I don’t get morning wood but I don’t think I’ve gotten a morning wood every single day before that but I just wanted to point it out. It just feels weird overall if you know what I mean.

One thing to note though that I’ve masturbated right before these 2 rest days after a long edging session. Could that be the problem?

Now, should I take a break? I really liked my EQ + my gains and don’t want to be taking an unnecessary break.
 
You don't have any problem at all. You are making the mistake of measuring too soon. Focus on your routine for 90 days before measuring.

These things are Normal and expected, especially in the beginning of training. my best advice to you to change these things is to do more keggles and do the ball and lig stretch. This will give you harder erections, and it will also add to the length of your flaccid penis.

So it’s just part of the adapting faze? Got it. Cause I also wondered that I haven’t done anything wrong and that happened suddenly.
 
I started back up on the same day and haven't taken a day off. Your penis is just getting used to the workload you're putting on it. Keep at it and everything will be better than it was. Please trust me, I've gained .25" in bpel in the 3 weeks I've been on it. If you feel you need a day or two, take it. Only you know how your body works. PE is like working out, you'll get sore and sometimes you won't be the same size on certain days, but too much time off will hinder any gains you've made. You got this 🤘🏻

If so I'm thinking that need to do something about it. Maybe redo the MOSDVD thread so it's easier to link to each exercise (one video in one post). In that way every video get their own unique URL that we can link to.

Do you guys want that?
