Agreed. It ain’t real. I’ve turned to it when traveling to try and get good EQ for PE work, and seeing it again after a long hiatus is wild.

It’s funny how it distorts your mind on what’s supposed to happen etc. then you see these adult entertainment stars moaning etc while giving a BJ/HJ combo and you’re like YEAHHHHHH it’s all fake.

My wife and I both watch adult entertainment. We don't watch it together.
We used to do this thing called Pan & Porncakes (adult entertainment & Pancakes) where we watch the silly adult entertainment together but we haven't done that in a while.
Still, we watch adult entertainment and it doesn't affect our relationship because it's so unrealistic.
But interestingly enough, that influences what we watch. adult entertainment that looks like it might be real but is just too uncanny valley based on our experiences. However, a lack of experience leads me to think I'm missing out and that counts as Digital Self Harm.
So the adult entertainment we watch is incredibly unrealistic. And we don't spend much time on it cuz like you say, it can be devastating to your productivity time. But a quick wank before bed helps sleep or wake-up so why not. You just kinda go offa context to figure out if the significant other was planning on using that erection before bed.

I would block all advertisement and adult entertainment with a DNS filter through a Pi hole. You can set it up on a Respberry pi or preferably a Respberry Zero (Cheaper and less powerful). You can even set it up with a VPN (Virtual Private Network) so you can block it on cellular networks as well.

Having full control on your networks are preferred. I recommend a router from Teltonika Networks, but they can be hard to setup. They are not just plug and play. But the benefits are that you have full contol of everything. And your router will not overheat from heat exposure

But youtube creators do not like this pi hole, since they loose money from advertisements.

I can only block specific sites currently within my router, and that is not good enough for me. I keep out but I would prefer to not allow some things into my network. It can be good for security as well. Social media are included in the category I want to keep out of my network.
