I noticed a lot more people are making journal threads here so I thought I'd make one to keep track of my progress.
I have incredible body dysmorphia; on top of being fat my whole life I was so insecure about my penis size I didn't ever actually ask any girls out. And I didn't get far on dates. And now my young life is over and I must salvage the remaining youth. My partner, the only person I've ever had sex with, says I'm fine and it seems authentic, but I wanna be exceptional. It's time for me to make PE a much bigger part of my life because I need to reach the lifestyle I want, to fuck like a god, and have lots of cute friends that I keep regular contact with.
You stick to goals easier if you announce them, but also it'll be a good place to put questions I have since I know a lot of the admins keep attention on the forums.
Current Stats
5.5" to 6" BPL and 4.5" E.G. - and I want to reach the golden ratio. Currently also in the process of getting into shape too, so I'm trying to integrate my PE exercises into my strength exercises.
Equipment
I currently have a MityVac and a Silistretcher, but no Lengthmaster. I'll have to use hand exercises for length for a while.
Current Routine
Length work: Bundled stretches to start (25mins)
Then strength training (~1Hr) This part is where I do kegels, because it gives my other muscles a break in-between sets. I do 200 kegels then 24 5sec kegels then x1 100sec kegel, and I'm trying to hold it for the full 100 seconds and pack on the higher quantity kegels.
Girth work: SRT 5x5x3 w/ the MityVac (30mins)
- While in the MityVac I usually try and keep the pressure while pulling slightly to try and supplement that length work. Also for some reason...THC gives me incredible lasting ability. So I use it to keep from cumming prematurely while training.
- I also still do length and girth work on days I don't strength train. My strength routine is fullbody 3x/wk.
Current Issues
I struggle to get into the Silistretcher. The other day I got into the Silistretcher and left it on for an hour, and by the end I had a small blister on the tip of my penis. I gave it 72 hours of rest and so far it's become just a blemish on the tip. I guess I need to do it in smaller increments but it is SO DIFFICULT to get the thing on.
- Part of it is my EQ; I can't do it on command. Like sure sexy stuff helps but I won't always have access to it. What can I do? I thought about fashioning something more clamp-based or grip-based that I can adjust, since all it really needs to have is a constant pull.
I will shoot for updating this thread weekly and give a report on progress; successes, obstacles, etc. I have a reminder set to check forums weekly.

- When do you think I'll be safe to use the MityVac again?
- Do I wear the ADS after my exercises or a cockring? Is the ADS for prioritizing length and the cockring for prioritizing girth?
