I am not sure if this has been brought up before but here it is anyway. People say BTC stretches are one of the best stretches. Use the over the shoulder strap method but reverse it. Instead of pulling your dick up to your chest. Do the BTC stretch with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] pretty much. Not sure if this makes any sense but if you have any questions or suggestions to improve it let me know.
The one problem I have run into is that the strap goes up your butt crack. I have a temporary solution by pulling my dick out of the hole in my boxers, then just pulled it back. Unfortunately, it makes your boxers stink like shit.
