Trying to stay Hard Enough for SSJ

Hi Brotherhood, I’m having trouble staying hard enough for my 5x3 SSJ has another brother encountered this and what should we do to help? I have been trying to do Girth Work before Bed but After my Regular Workout !
 
I am using Air pumping it’s a brand like mighty Vac but I’m fine until I start on my SSJ first one is good right after the vac but subsides rather quickly!

Make sure your inviroment is really warm. I like to keep my temperature around me in the room at 30°C/86°F in order to promote maximum blodflow. If I do not do this, my penis can get cold if I do pumping and SSJ's for to long.

I even kept my heating fan on when I already had 30°C in my room in the summer. My belief is that 35-40°C (95-104°F) would be the optimal temperature to do PE in, but I cant get it that high. A big sauna would be the dream inviroment for PE.

I also look at pornographic to boost myself, even if this is not optimal or even good for myself. I do it. With no woman around it's my only choice.

Maybe some tips there.

Yes i pondered watching adult entertainment but worried it would make me desensitized!
 
So I was experimenting last SSJ session and I might have figured out a way to help retain my EQ while in the squeeze.
I did my normal training5x3 buto Usually slip on the cock ring at the end of my training to retain blood flow but that got me thinking about starting from the beginning with it on and it seemed to have helped keep me hard enough to perform my exercises!
