Hey brotherhood my lengthmaster just arrived today.I been doing manual bundled strecthes for 30 sets of 30 seconds and i pullhard but my ligs don,t be sore like most claim with the lenght master.i'm looking for the next workout. Hope i can get my dream size of 12 inchesmy starting size is 9 1/4

Do you bundle? And have you tried out BTC-B stretches? I really feel it in the ligaments and inner penis when doing so.

I do bundle beginning routines 40 min ech day ..

If not then I suggest you try them out, bundle to the left hold for 5 min, then bundle to the right and hold for 5 min. Then take a short break to get blood flow going and warm up your penis before next set.

Do it for 40 min total of stretching in one session or split it up and do 20 min in the AM and 20 min in the PM. If you’re already doing these then maybe you’re just not pulling hard enough. I pull so hard that my underarms almost hurt.

I'm happy for it. It means fast gains.
I have no problem now, in the beginning it was really tough/hard before I had adjusted. But I just relax into it now.

The key is to stretch hard and relax fully and engage reverse Kegel. You will stretch your entire penis (outer and inner penis).
