You should train 3 sets of 30 minutes a day. To cement go .5 inches beyond your goal. If you can add more sets you will grow even faster
 
The beginning routine is 3 sets of 30 minutes a day. If you can do reverse kegels that will really up things
 
Also one more thing. Do these result mainly show in nbpel??

That depends on how big your fat pad is. If you lose the fat pad you will see everything nbpel. So diet and exercise is your friend and will show growth big time
 
Women will feel all of it since your fat pad compresses with intercourse.

EQ is only affected by girth work. It is normal to have weak EQ after a massive girth workout
