Note this is incremental and the measurements for each month or year.

I'm just saying that 20:4 diet, is so powerful for everything in life.Then start a good diet and exercise routine. The only way you will see all of the erect penis you need to work on the fat pad
You will see the difference with your eyes.
You will even get a bigger flaccid, and you will look big. DoBall & Lig Stretch and your flaccid will look bigger.
But the chances are that you will not see it for yourself. You will see yourself grow but you will not see yourself as big. The ruler is the best friend in this case.

My warmup is: 10 minutes of Ball & Lig Stretch in front of a car interior heater before a LENGTHMASTER 3 session. I have 2 sessions per day (3 days exercise, and 1 day rest and repeat).So are you doing 4 sets at 5 minutes each or 2 sets at 10 minutes each?
