LM Rolls 60-seconds ×5
LM Bundles 60-seconds ×5

1. Power Assist A-Stretch
2. Power Assist Base Twist Stretch
3. Power Assist Down and Out Stretch
4. Power Assist Side Fulcrum Stretch
Expressive Stretches 60-seconds ×5
Every other day erect stretches - 60-seconds ×10
