Here goes my progress log after a short learning process.

29/11/22

Starting stats:

BPFSL 6.5”
BPEL 6.1
MSEG 5.0”

starting routine for now is:
AM 3x20 length master
Start with some cranks to warm up.
Straight up
Straight down
Straight out
Left right
Between the cheeks
Some using resistance bands I love these for between the cheeks.
RK throughout.
I time my sets but not individual stretches.
I stay wrapped between my sets roughly 30mins between sets.

Wear either a sleeve or size doctor strapped to leg depending on the days activities.

PM (late afternoon)
5x5x3
done using Bathmate7extream then cock ring until bed.
I need to research the wine vac mod as I think I need this already.

Plenty of room to add more and progress but a good starting point for me.
I know this is achievable 7 days a week.

Going forward I need to add heat/red light.
Research more advanced stretches.

I have clamping kit which ill add at a later date.

Simple but hopefully a good and achievable starting point.

My goal….. reach for the stars!

First off welcome to the brother hood, second the winevac mod the easiest way I found, was a piece of tubing about a inch long, if i remember I used 3/4 clear tubing, heated it in boiling water then shoved it on, cut it a little longer than the stopper for the wine vac, then shoved it in the tubing. let me look back through my post, i think i made a post about it here,

Hey brothers.
First progress update, 1 month today!

Well, I failed miserably with the Bathmate 5x5x3
Only really because it became a bit of a chore after my morning LM session,
so my focus is on length and I’ll work on girth when the length comes.

Ive had no problems, setbacks or injury’s I’m surprised to say it’s going very well and I’m enjoying it.
I’ve missed 1 workout (Christmas day) otherwise 100%

EQ was crap for a while I was forgetting those kegels now it’s 500 kegels in the car on the drive to work.

The wrap is silicone sleeve (powdered) then wrapped with ace.

I’ve added nr infra red heat lamp this week,
I thought this would just add more work but actually I really enjoy sitting in front of it.

ADS I wrap with ace with and old sleeve over the top this is so comfortable and it keeps me at a solid 5.5” hang all day long.

the routine.
Wrap 6am
8am choose a movie!!!
10min red light
20 min LM all directions
10min red light
20 min LM really make use of the resistance band
10 min red light
20 min LM focus on the most intense stretch I can find on the day which pretty much changes daily I call it the mother fucker stretch because that’s the words that come outa my mouth when when I find it.
10min red light
Masssage
Wrap and stay wrapped until midnight.

your thoughts and input on this please brothers.
 
Biggest advice is to always do girth before length. Length first will cause too much fatigue and make girth very difficult
 
I’ve tried it both ways DLD and although I have faith it’s fastest way to success it’s a little to hard core for me so better to take the slower route than quit.

Appears us bros are about the same in PE goals, current measurements etc. And fairly close routine. Which is subjective to each person. I will not be doing clamping, however.
Wanna catch fire and see who’s the biggest whip on the street after this year of dedication? Let’s make a challenge and Rock n Roll. You’ve seen my posts and pictures. I have said to all that I am transparent and honesty, so let’s smoke this 2023 with some real progress that will HELP other brothers in the PE journey as well as put to bed all the naysayers!!!! Word.

Nope. My BPFSL is only right at 7.18 ish. But you got me a bit on the MSEG so we are even. Lol. Even playing field. Bring it!!! 💯👊
TP: There is NO way can’t succeed IF we stay the course. Trial and error. Learn and bounce some things that help the ‘Hood and stay the course. Did you get the LM?

Yep. I’m real and focused. I don’t put the pics on here for any other reason but to prove who I am, what I am doing and progress reports. “It is what it is” is my mantra. Keeping it real for sure. 💯👊. And you can be sure it’s me in the pics as no one else has the “ink” that I have. JS
 
progress 2 months/8 weeks ish.

im still at it 3x20 LM routine…

the bad: missed 4 days this month whilst visiting my elderly mother, I took the LM with me but didn’t use it… disappointed in myself for that…

I’ve had a few day’s of “is it worth it” but I’ve pushed through.

2 days where I’ve only done one set because I’ve literally worked 20hr days. but 1 set is better than none!

I’ve had to cut 3 or 4 sets 5 mins short due to pinching, here’s why we need to keep a detailed log..
I new the answer it’s an easy fix it happened last month ( Change the sleeve it stretched) still took me a few days to work it out.

no changes to routine at this point, strech in all directions I go by feel, trying to up intensity.
not feeling a great deal of fatigue though.

warm up, warm down with NIR and using ace wrap for around 12hrs a day post stretch.

gains probably not but changes for sure.

Just spotted this quote and wondering why you say that yet in all the other places on the forum it mentions length first then girth?

If this is wrong then that changes everything as many of us are doing length first…if you could clarify on this that would be brilliant
 
Day 2, 3 sets, 20mins in this position I’m keeping it simple week one I’ll bundle when I’ve stretched some skin! Probably not this week.
I got a feeling you are the man for twist & pulls. 🤔
Looks like you got enough tissue to do bundled stretches. But I understand, increase the intensity exponentially as you progress.
 
Ok so here I am back at it, I quit PE in February because the drive to get back in the gym for summer was greater than the drive for PE, I’m back because I always quit the gym for a few months over the winter. I’m working less hours now so hopefully when the spring comes around I can achieve both, I’m going to try!

I can’t find my paperwork but I did measure when I quit at 3 months and amazingly I had gained 1” in BPFSL and I 0.7” in BPEL.

my partner is very pleased I’m back at it as he didn’t want me to stop 😉
