How much weight is recommended to hang in your balls?

I have a question:
How much weight is recommended to hang in your balls, or do I just need to feel the weight out?

I'm thinking if you want to use this device:
BALL STRETCHER (LEATHER) AND SCROTUM SLEEVE (MOS SHOP).

I have a hard time to do the testicle health massage, that is: the part where you pull on your penis at the same time as you pull your balls down, due to soreness on my penis shaft from the LENGTHMASTER 3.
Maybe I can use a wrap to make it easier to pull on my penis with my hands?
What is your thoughts on this?

I need to reduce my turkey neck.
 
So what you’re saying is ball hanging reduces turkey neck? Interesting.
You can do, Testicle Health Massage to counteract this, it's the best exercise for this. But since my penis shaft is so sore from my lengthmaster sessions, I can't get the Testicle Health Massage into my daily routine, since It's painful with the slipping of my hands.

Maybe try wrapping your penis to avoid slippage of your hands.
 
I use the testicles hanger when stretching by hand sometimes. You get a great underside base stretch and a little burning which tells me the skin is stretching there. I use to leg weights 1.1 kg each so 2.2 kilo in all. It's much more effective than no ball hanger but the hanger can be a bit fiddly to tighten up tight otherwise a ball can slip up into it, so it needs to be tight. I also have a 800g metal ball weight stretcher which can be worn for half a day. You do get a burning with this but it a lovely sensation as your balls swing while you walk. I also noticed I got a few stares both from guys and ladies when wearing it. It must look real heavy to anyone staring. Ha ha. If only my balls were that heavy and big.

Thanks for sharing. I'm currently doing Ball & Lig Stretch, and they are working wonders for me. Much bigger flaccid hang, and I have been able to reduce my turkey neck. Also easier to do bundled stretches with LENGTHMASTER 3, and it's even easier to wrap my penis. But the best of them all, is that my penis looks more impressive just hanging there. When I wake up, my semi-erection looks so long. 😊

But I can imagine wearing the contraption you where talking about would be effective as well. Like an ADS for your scrotum.

I've never taken any pics yet.
The full package stretching and hanging with the testical leather hanger is really something else. I stretch first in all 5 positions first so,BTC,each side and s up. 3 mins each then 10 mins with 3 kilo hanging straight down. I also rock back and forth also using kegels and rev kegels before doing wide circles in horse riding stance and this targets your side logs amazingly well. I do this before hanging with the length hanger and sometimes hang before this exercise. But this combination targets your inner penis really well. I use sports wrap round a banister and with rope to ball hanger stretch this way hands free, the stretch is very deep indeed.
