Injury from all day stretcher

I've been wearing an ADS for a few months now and havent had any real issues. Yesterday, using the same routine, I wrapped it up, stretched it and then pulled the silicone tubes in place. About 40 minutest later I took it off and I had a big purple bruise. I believe the tubing had pinched the skin and cut off blood flow to a little area on top of my penis shaft! It's been 24 hours later and the bruise is still pronounced, maybe a little less then before. I'm scared I destroyed this tissue! Is this somewhat of a common injury? I will definately stop until this is resolved, I hope that it can be resolved!

Bruises happen you have not destroyed penis just need to adjust your time and intensity. I would cut it in half and work from there
