Okay so wow these must be made for some really thin cocks, sorry guys but seriously.

I got the 7/8" (straight in the trash) and 1" being the biggest diameter and it is still way too tight and a pain to try and put on.

They really don't need to be this tight surely?

You can stretch them out by stretching over a bottle. I also suggest using baby powder to help with the fit

always convert circumference into diameter

Try finding sleeves a few quaters smaller than your actual size.
