Looking for Wrapping support for my sizegenetics

Ive been using the sizegentics extender with two foam padded nooses. I've been using toilet paper to wrap my penis.

Things have been going good except lately the area of my circumsision scar scar is sometimes getting pinch, chaffed and chewed up. There is on spot in particular that seems to be taking the brunt of it. It seems without a tight fitting noose I cant get a good stretch but unfortunately the tight fitting noose is chewing me up.

Any suggestions? Is there a better alternative to toilet paper?

If you do get a slevee, get a bigger one and smaller one.

Wear the bogger first, then cut little sections of the smaller one and places then on top the of the bigger one

I have tried using cut up hair scrunci's (look up xeno HTW), therabands (think a long strip of balloon-like material), and cut up socks.
