3. LEARN TO STRETCH WITH BOTH HANDS:

Naturally, your strongest grip and stretches will come easier on your dominant hand.

But dont neglect your “no - dominant.

You have very import ligaments on each side of your penis. From the beginning I would start focusing energy in the non dominant hand.

Because stretching over and over with your dominant hand as priority, and neglecting your weaker hand will result in unbalanced stretches.


Your ligaments will start to grow each other apart in matters of flexibility this will hinder your growth in the long run.


Till this day, my left side ligament by being overstretch by default always wants to take control over the strech. Meaning that my right side ligament struggles to be activated or stretched.

WHICH AFFECTS MY GAINS. Imagine having your left ligament super stretchy pulling gains, and your righ lig super rigid holding them back.

It shouldn’t feel pain on your head, although you might build tolerance over time.

Don’t even worry about anything 😂 trust me if you work it, it’ll create results regardless.

There’s execirses for that, but for now just play around, the main point is learning the grip and pulling your dick up, down, to the sides, and all directions possible.

And with those starting measurements I can assure you, you can reach 17cm short term.

Long term 20cm - 23 cm haha

you can grown 30 - 50% of your current size both length and girth.

But its just like body building, its has to be engrained in your lifestyle.
