I there are plenty of military men here I’m not one but I can offer you some advice. You need to carve out places in the day where you have 10 to 15 minutes if possible maybe three times a day. If you can get these mini sessions in your gains will continue. There are many ways to do this and creativity is a big part of it. You can get all of your stretching done under the covers in the morning or at night while you are in bed. Every breath room break you can get some stretching in. You can also use an ADS which takes no effort. You’re going to need to also make room for girth exercise in this requires more privacy so I suggest you do girth twice a day 10 minutes per session. These could be done during bathroom breaks. Let me know your schedule and what times do you think you can fit PE into and I can help you write a routine that will take advantage of every moment.

For people in such situations, they need an intense routine that lasts from anything from 10mins to 20mins daily and they need to always stay elongated. 24 hours of the day (If possible).
