It’s all perspective my brother. A man who is bigger than another man as far as his body size will also look much smaller in penis size to someone who is shorter or smaller in body size. It’s an optical illusion.

A person with a smaller body frame that has a 7 inches penis and another person with a bigger body that has the same 7 inches penis, the former will look bigger for sure. I don't bother about people and their penis size. I just stick to my routine to make all the needed gains.
