Best device for uncircumcised men?

Hi all
I have dabbled with PE over the last few years however am wanting to get back in to it seriously.
I currently have a Phalloson Forte device however am really struggling to use it comfortably being uncircumcised.
No matter how I try, skin always seem to pinch/get sucked in to the bell which ultimately becomes so uncomfortable I have to take the device off.
Using the device with my foreskin covering my glans is much more comfortable however I lose all tension on my penis itself and rather only feel stretching in the skin.
Any device recommendations?
