i’m back
Hello , Finally, I managed to order an LM and silisleev2 for anti-turtling, BM and DuroRing. because without a tool I was tired of it and I can’t be consistent, so in the meantime I’d like to have a good routine that will allow me to see good gains, I can spend about 1 hour a day.

Frankly, I’m not asking much for the moment so my objective for the moment is to gain 1 inch in NPBEL and 0,6 in circumference and above all have winnings at the flaccid lever because it’s too small.
 
Personally I'd concentrate on getting that length goal first then look at your girth. What's your bpel and bpfsl stats?
 
Ok that's a good difference to be able to achieve some gains and close that gap somewhat, have you looked at the set program to work alongside your LM?
Yes of course I have watched videos on how to work with the LM
and within a week I will receive it normally
 
Your septum doesn't need working on at the minute as your bpfsl is lot higher than your bpel otherwise I'd of recommended hanging, extending or manual stretches

So that's good and gives you room to gain quicker

sincerely, I did 15 days and I gave up
suddenly I want to resume the PE and would like you to give me advice because I am very lost and not at all motivated
on top of that I totally lost my confidence because I have a very small penis and especially in a flaccid state
your advice is really needed

I announce my routine and I want to give myself other exercises to gain better

I just do the stretches in the 12 side 1 minutes each side

because I don't really understand the exercises

Try to do the stretches for 20mins. I will be doing a video soon immediately I receive my length master. Hopefully within a week from today.
 
What you do should be for what you want. What are your goals and what size are you now?

It is never advisable to set a short term goal of 3months. 6 months is the ideal time frame. Short term goals of 3months can lead to discouragement when such goals are not attained.

I don't mean to discourage you. I'm telling you the truth. You will not gain 0.5 inches in length and girth in 3 months.

because before that was the reason for giving up
I measure every month in the hope of gaining something in the end when I see that nothing was there I drop the PE and I will say that it does not work for me

Measure once in 6 months. Flee from short term goals.

The problem most members are having here is the lack of motivation to stay consitent. They buy all the PE equipments, train for a few weeks or months and abandon PE only to resume several months or a year later. Before they know it, 10 years has passed. I used to ne like that before.

that is from our YouTube channel PenisExtenderFAQs. There 100s more videos there to boot. When I re upload all hacked and damaged video it will go on that channel

I hear ya, I fall into that category too. I have seen my own gains as concrete proof PE works & I've still fallen off due to injury or lack of mental discipline and days turn to weeks & gains get lost & regained at a later date, fun times haha.
 
If you wait for motivation to stay consistent, it will never happen. Motivation only last a blip, once it's gone your desire dissipates. It's effective habits, the repetitious behavior with or without motivation, making the future self more important than the present self.

Well, I don't fall off anymore. I now know better and I have much better discipline than before.

How long did it take you to get back lost gains? Let's say you lost half inch in length. How long did it take you to fet the half inch back?
