I don't think there is any pill that works. Put in the work by doing the girth exercises recommended by DLD. The temporary expansions from pumping should be your daily motivation.

When I come across questions like this one, I just tell myself that the person who made the comment main intention is to fall of PE which you have actually done. A lot of people are embracing penis surgery now but I won't suggest that. You can gain any girth size you seek as long as you are willing to put in the work by pumping. There is no magic pill out there. Buy the Bathmate or Mityvac and follow a well structured routine like SRT, I assure you of a minimum of half inch in 6 months. The decision is yours to make.
