Progress thread 6 months in!

... well just completed first 6 months of regular PE'ing. Continuing with newbie routie coupled with pumping regime (2-tube routine, full package and regular). Haven't measured as i'm in it for the long haul. however, i can definetly tell a difference in BPFSL, FL (which i take both are a good sign :) as well as increase in girth.

Probably have hoped for a bit more length growth than i am seeing, but long term confident it will come. One thing i have noticed lately is definelty a stronger pull feeling on ligaments when i am doing my stretches... mainly on straight out or downward stretches. I take this may actually be lengthing/stretching of the suspensory ligament which i hope comes with some more significant gains toward length. Any thoughts from the more experienced members?
 
Hope you getting those bundled stretches in that routine buddy, otherwise looks good for starters, try adding in bundles, some mandingos etc
 
Thanks guys. Today was the first day with the bundles and the blasters… even a few mandingos, which are now easier to do!
Fatigue is more intense… but feels good. Let’s see where it goes. ?

BUNDLES!

The most important exercise in the only exercise that will hit the Tunica and get rid of that hard flaccid people talk about is doing bundle stretching. If you do bundle stretching you will not have that tightness nor will you have that hard flaccid people talk about.
 
@DLD thanks for the insight. Started adding bundles into the newbie exercises as well as the other exercises recommended by M and 49er.
Haven’t heard of the hard flaccid?

because there’s no such thing as a hard flaccid. People they say they have a hard flaccid what they mean is that their tunica is too tight.
 
well spent some time this morning comparing some photos over the last 7 months or so. i can say i'm confident of some "newbie" gains over the first 3-4 months or so. last 3 months or so not so much in the length department.... i believe girth continues to gain but about the same, perhaps even an 1/8" decrease in pumped length. Maybe due to girth increases in the tube it is harder for length to expand? thinkin i've hit a plateau for sure. Ugh...

What's your full routine now
 
Understand... just was hoping to gain a bit more before i reached the standstill ~0.5" ish.

Pump
1- 15 min session 5 psi 3" full package tube
2- 15 min sessions 5-7psi 2" tube

usually try for 4-5days/week; like a couple days to recover as almost impossible to get erect after the workouts


Manual Stretching

Pump days
15-30 min pre pump- newbie stretches
15 min post pump- which is after 30 min cock/ball strap for girth
wrap 4-5 hrs/daily with ACE wrap (wondering if this is enough passive elongation for both inner penis and shaft gains to be retained)

Non-pump days
- trying for two 20 min sessions

* pretty much newbie stretches and BTC; just started integrating bundles into the sessions a couple weeks ago along with expressive (over wrist and mandingo);

I know the length gains will predominately come from the manual stretching... thinking i need to incorporate some more time and/or sessions

Ugh... you can go in circles with this! I'm ok with slower and steady... just want to ensure that at 12 mo. i haven't done enough to see significant gains. initially aiming for 1-1.25" the first year.

Many people fall off for many reasons. For me, I have noticed that I always take holiday from PE whenever I measure. It happened again recently. So I've decided to not measure anymore. Just train girth consistently for the next 12 months starting from tomorrow. I'm currrently 6 inches mid shaft and hoping I will be 7 inches mid shaft by the end of July 2024.
