Decided to do this so I can hold myself more accountable. Got started back into this wacky journey 3 weeks ago and I'm off to a great start. I've gained nearly 1/8" in length and more than an 1/8" in girth, in fact the nights after I clamp I wake up with a raging hard on and measure 5.25"
So my starting stats - 7.25" x 5"
Current - ~7.375" x 5.125-5.25"
Goal- 8"x6"
I expect to hit my length goal before my girth goal, but fuck it, I'm not stopping until I start stepping on it.
Anyway, onto the routine.
Every morning I wake up, warm up with a heating pad for 5 minutes, then do 5 minutes of bundled stretches, then right into the newbie Manual Routine.
From there, I shower and do some side to side stretches during just to stay extended. Upon getting out, I get my shitty extender that I have had since before I got a SizeGenetics (rip in peace SG extender) and I put it on at a decent stretch for 30 minutes. At the end, I do 20 Kegels/20 Reverse kegels, then do another 30 minutes in the extender. I repeat this throughout the day for between 4-6 hours depending on my schedule. Right now Im in school online, so I can realistically sit here with my dick in traction all day. If I need a break, I UJW my dick so it doesn't turtle, especially when I go running. Had to cut my wrap down a little, went for a run the other day, ran into my neighbor on the street and she would NOT STOP LOOKING at my crotch. With that wrap on it probably looked like an angry rocket trying to take dogecoin to the moon.
When its time for bed, I do jelqing and clamping and SSJs. I've found that personally, if I ease up on the number of jelqs but lean into Clamping and SSJs, I recover faster and I seem to be expanding well. So far I've had to take some half-rest days simply because of life events. But even on days when I can't do my full routine I make sure to do some lazy ass stretches and some side to sides in the bathroom while I'm pissing.
One thing that seems key to my growth so far, heat, constant heat.
Also DLD's advice, I'm doing deep tissue massage before girth work and being careful about the amount of force that I use.
