Progress thread My Evolving Routine

Decided to do this so I can hold myself more accountable. Got started back into this wacky journey 3 weeks ago and I'm off to a great start. I've gained nearly 1/8" in length and more than an 1/8" in girth, in fact the nights after I clamp I wake up with a raging hard on and measure 5.25"

So my starting stats - 7.25" x 5"
Current - ~7.375" x 5.125-5.25"
Goal- 8"x6"

I expect to hit my length goal before my girth goal, but fuck it, I'm not stopping until I start stepping on it.

Anyway, onto the routine.

Every morning I wake up, warm up with a heating pad for 5 minutes, then do 5 minutes of bundled stretches, then right into the newbie Manual Routine.

From there, I shower and do some side to side stretches during just to stay extended. Upon getting out, I get my shitty extender that I have had since before I got a SizeGenetics (rip in peace SG extender) and I put it on at a decent stretch for 30 minutes. At the end, I do 20 Kegels/20 Reverse kegels, then do another 30 minutes in the extender. I repeat this throughout the day for between 4-6 hours depending on my schedule. Right now Im in school online, so I can realistically sit here with my dick in traction all day. If I need a break, I UJW my dick so it doesn't turtle, especially when I go running. Had to cut my wrap down a little, went for a run the other day, ran into my neighbor on the street and she would NOT STOP LOOKING at my crotch. With that wrap on it probably looked like an angry rocket trying to take dogecoin to the moon.

When its time for bed, I do jelqing and clamping and SSJs. I've found that personally, if I ease up on the number of jelqs but lean into Clamping and SSJs, I recover faster and I seem to be expanding well. So far I've had to take some half-rest days simply because of life events. But even on days when I can't do my full routine I make sure to do some lazy ass stretches and some side to sides in the bathroom while I'm pissing.

One thing that seems key to my growth so far, heat, constant heat.

Also DLD's advice, I'm doing deep tissue massage before girth work and being careful about the amount of force that I use.
 
I would agree with you as I wrote yesterday the biggest difference between me and most other brothers is I used it consistently throughout the whole day so when I would train my penis was in a malleable state. I believe that this was part of why I made world record growth. It’s some thing I’m going to add him to the SRT routine
 
As an obsessive data analyst (used to be a research scientist) I measure at least once a week. Just did a BPSFL and hit 7-7/16. I'm almost to 7.5" stretched length!!! I can not stress how important SRT seems to be, I don't put on a sleeve or anything while I'm sleeping, had a wrap on long ago while I was sleeping, woke up with a black vein, scary stuff. But at all other times I try to stay elongated or engorged. On "off days" I make sure I'm still doing stretches and try to do at least half an hour of edging before I got to sleep, no cum. And heat, by gawd heat. Over on R3dd1t some guys are throwing around the theory that ligaments undergo plastic deformity around 104 degrees F. I need to do some actual research to see if this is true. But from DLD's own experience, warm up/warm down is so important, and I attribute it to these quick gains in my opening weeks of this pud-pulling opening salvo. Especially because I've had so many life events that have gotten in the way of my full routine. On those days I do as much of a manual routine as possible and then wrap up to avoid turtling, and try to wear looser pants.

I don’t make it that complicated LOL My in depth instructions to the complicated methods are ‘put heat on penis penis grow faster LOL’
 
BPFSL of 7.4375 this morning, can pretty much tug it to 7.5, but I'll hold off on that official until I start easily hitting it. So far I seem to be 1/16" longer stretched than erect. My current gains seem to be coming at about 1/16" a week, but I've had life things knock out days of my routine and this is basically the first week I've been uninterupted. Even so, if I'm only progressing at 1/4" a month, that's fine, its a marathon, not a sprint.
 
After a day of progressive loading and heating pretty much all day long I’m easily at 7.5” BPFSL. I can hit 7-9/16” with a really good tug. Erect length is easily at 7.375”. Keeping myself in an elongated state with heat is key, and everyday I feel like I’m able to stretch a little bit more. I’m doing between 4-6 hours a day under hard tension, I spend the rest of the time wrapped, erect or doing girth work if I’m not sleeping.

Thanks DLD! I'm making these ligs my bitch, I stretched to 7.625" just now, being in the midst of finals leaves me with little time to do the things I like to do, but it makes sitting around stretching my dick with a heating pad all day a lot easier. Though living with my parents makes it a bit weird. Had to tell my dad I "pulled my abs." the other day when he came home early.

Finished my stretches today, did some edging just to keep expanded, hit that 7-7/16" mark on the ruler erect. Barriers are falling, 7.5" is about to happen. I'm coming for you 8"!

There is nothing like heat and stretching. I am working on another SRT routine that is based completely on heat.
 
Had to get blood taken today to get some tests done, they ended up taking 6 vials. I always get a little woozy when tehy do it, so I was a little dumb when I got home. Decided, "Hey lets do some girth work!!" With you know, probably about a penis's worth of blood missing from my body. Well.... That didn't work great. Got light headed, passed out, woke up with a greased up dick and totally ruined sheets, there's vaseline everywhere.

Had a super busy day yesterday, only was able to do a newbie routine stretch routine and 2 hours of extender work. Still, at the end of the day and when I woke up this morning I could stretch to 7-11/16" and my BPEL is RIGHT below 7.5", like if my rule had a 7-15/32 or maybe even a 7-31/64, I'd be hitting that shit. I have time the rest of the week for some serious serious length work. 7.5" here I friggin come.
 
Been mega busy with finals, killing my ability to get girth work done so I'm sticking to length. Hit 7.5" BPEL yesterday, and 7.875" BPFSL today.

Broke the strap of my shitty extender the other day, heat really took a toll on that crappy rubber, thankfully I had some double sided velcro around and modded that bad boy. Can't wait to start a job and get some better equipment.

Congratulations on your growth my brother! Use that joy to fuel your next level of growth. I am sorry to hear about your strap breaking but the Velcro modification you will be much more comfortable and this allows you to grow quicker because of the increased comfort.

when you’re ready to get a new extender I highly recommend you pick up the StealthStretcher. This extender gives you every option that every other extender on the market gives in one tool. It does everything from vacuum hanging to traction stretching. It is the perfect device to heal in and it’s the perfect device for those who want variety in their routine. It also allows me to write much better routines for people.
 
Noted, yeah I'm definitely looking to upgrade once I can start getting paid this summer. Covid and school have been hell on my finances but hopefully this summer will fix things. The fact that I have this great start to growth motivates the hell out of me.

I am so close to 8" BPFSL. I'll be there by next week, and I'm over 7.5" BPEL now, so the barriers are falling.

Routine wise, I slacked on Kegels and Reverse Kegels and suffered and EQ dropoff. I've been going hard the past two days and my Pelvic Floor is EXHAUSTED, but I know its for the best. Sticking with Newbie manuals and extending, while adding some A stretches and V stretches to the mix to really start working the tunica.

In the alternative, after reading Jackxxx's Ultrasonic Thread, I reached out to some old contacts to gather some information on the current cutting edge components in RF. Once I'm done finals my next research project is going to be figuring out what frequency band would be best for targeting the tunica and the septum. I also want to look into some of the surgical techniques surrounding penis implants. I read a paper where micro-cuts were made in the tunica to allow for larger implants to be placed into the CC to expand the penis. It lead me to wonder if this sort of approach could be used in conjunction with typical PE work to lead to massive gains. BUT, cutting my dick doesn't actually seem like a great plan, so that got me thinking, if instead of physically cutting, the tunica was targeted in a patterned fashion to create localized micro tears using RF, it could lead to a whole new paradigm of PE. Anyway, none of this stuff is around the corner, or even definitely possible. They are all just hypotheses that I need to research this summer once I put the law school books down. Until then, its stretch stretch stretch

Having a full day of no studying let me get maybe the best workout of my life in. Got such good stretch work going that at the end of the day, I could feel the pull in my pelvic floor. Woke up this morning with great EQ, threw down a measurement and was past 7.625”, almost to 7-11/16.

The past few weeks have been shit for my routine. Started a new job and can't use my extender during the day so I've been forced to try to do my routines at night. Coupled with that, I sustained an unrelated neck injury that set me back a few weeks. Struggling to get back into the swing of things, but trying to power through. This weekend I need to re-establish a new routine so I can keep powering through the summer.

I’m glad you were recognize how important consistency is. I am so pleased to see you coming back and getting back to work. I’m praying for you my brother to make some incredible growth this summer.

I will not see the same progresss rate that I saw during the school year due to my lack of time but I will keep pushing ahead with effort to maximize the time I do have

Also try to be creative with this to find pockets of time that you can get even more work in. Even if it’s just five minutes throughout the day it would benefit you
