Anyways I'm into Growth Work for around 2 month now.

First I started with only a bathmate and for one month now, I have been practising DLD newbies routine with stretches and Jelqs as well as using my Bathgate.

I work on it everyday, even if it is just for a little time.

After 1 month of work Measurments say my penis might have gotten a little bigger in girth ( 1-2cm), but didn't really change in length.

Whats your optimal Technique or tools to add centimetres to it?

Is Jelquing helping length?

You are correct jelqing mainly will give you length, and indirectly after some time... some girth gains, but don't expect much.

Remember to combine stretching exercises, since 1+1 = 3.

I have recently found that using any vacuum pump with a condom/silisleeve on, plus kegeling as much blood as I can inside my penis before going in helps me target the head of my penis better.
  1. ADS and for healing in elongated state a penis wrapping, the silisleeve, a shock...
  2. Fulcrum stretching
  3. Mandingo stretches
  4. Bundled stretches
  5. Lengthmaster/power assist exercises
  6. Kegels, reverse kegels
  7. Expressive PUMP stretches + expressive stretching,
  8. Blasters
  9. Hanging, but be very careful tho, heavy hanging is a no go for us, keep your hanging "short" with moderate weights with BREAKS! in between, if you decide to do sets of course, or hang for 1 set of x minutes.
  10. Ultrasound Therapy too, but unless you have reached a Dead End and you have your tunica as hard as steel, I would leave this as a last resort, since it WORKS, but where is the hard work and dedication that all of us put into it? Don't get me wrong you can use it, but you have never reached your limit, you will miss all the fun part of P.E. Also if you fuck up, no one can help you out with apoptosis.

If I had unlimited budget, I would buy everything in the market, even if it didn't work, I want to try as many things as possible, every 1% counts.

But that's just me, stick to what people do, and you will see gains. Sooner or later. Also contact DLD via email he will surely help you finding out a routine that works for you.
