Hello
I decided to create a thread on this forum for motivation and control. I'm also from Russia and don't know English well (This will be a reason to learn a little of it.

I have been working with an extender for about 3 years. I have always neglected manual exercises like jelq and decided that it was time to start using them in my program.

The increase from the extender was 2.5 cm (in Russia, centimeters are used when measuring)
I think this is not much. I have neglected many of the exercises that I could get more benefit from.
My initial data:
NBPEL 13.6 cm
EG 11.5cm

Now:
NBPEL 15.2 cm
EG 12 cm (not much bigger in 3 years)

Want:
NBPEL 17+ cm
EG 13+

My program now:
Extender sets from 1 to 2 hours, total wearing time 6 hours a day. I wear a 2/2 schedule (I wear two days / two rests)
I also added V Stretches. So far, this technique is alien to me, but I see a perspective in it.
I'm not doing anything for the girth yet) Can you advise what?

Routine looks good, recommend measuring and tracking bpel rather than nbpel

exactly and very wise advice. Non-bone pressed measurements are never going to be consistent because of your fat pad. Your non-bone pressed erection will vary in length based on how much fat you have or stress or some other component that affects measurement. Always take a bone pressed flaccid stretched measurement to be sure if you have grown or not. This measurement gives accurate readings every time due to it being anchored against the pubic bone. Non-bone crest is more of a thing for visuals so if you want a longer non-bone pressed erection then lose weight and try to keep away from stress.

I would like to ask you for some exercises to increase potency and increase girth. I have a thick protein shell of a penis. The width growth is going badly.

Also wanted to ask what do you think about the hanger? I think I will be able to add 1 centimeter of length with it.

The 5x5x3 is the best workout for a man with difficulty in girth work. Check it out

As far as I know, the pump does not work for a permanent penis enlargement, but on the contrary increases the thickness of the protein shell due to microtrauma. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's exactly the impression I got.
It seems to me that the most effective are:
Plump bends
HORSE 440 SQUEEZE and the like.
But I couldn't find a program for these exercises anywhere (Only technical tips for doing. No more. It seems to me that I am not putting enough effort in order to achieve a better result.

Pumping works.
You just have to be consistent about it.
You have to pump for a long time consistently to cement gains.
At least a year minimum.
Most guys throw their hands up after a few days and say it doesn't work. You have to be disciplined.

The Tunica does vary in thickness but with the 5x5x3 you will definitely stretch it. Expansion after the 5x5x3 is always greater then your normal girth

You may have some fatigue. I would take a couple days off and rest.

Why not do a full routine?
I chose this approach based on experience. When I was doing a full routine, I didn't notice rapid and effective growth. So I decided to divide the load by height in length and width. Many people do this, I just repeat. And this gives me a high efficiency of length growth, although still not what I would like to have.
 
I started doing 5x5x3. I can't wait for the BPFSL increase. So far, there is a result, but I have a thick tunic and I do exercises on a small blood supply. Otherwise, just do not compress. I was also advised to load the pump no more than 5-7 hg. Doing plumped bend.

You have to much erection so you can't do SSJ'S?

What I've noticed about the SSJ is that, it's best done with an 80% erection. When I do it with erection level as high as 100%, I have to hold the ok grips until the erection goes down.

But I enjoy it more when I do it with erection of 80%.
