Finding out whats useful and whats enjoyable

When someone really enjoys something what do they do,How does it feel when life when the things we do are useful but we are not enjoying them...

How do you guys understand that part.Obviously life is not about enjoyment 100%But the greatest inventors creative richest people had their own state of mind and they did amazing things..Eg DLD hes always in the mood for new exercises..

I find the best thing to do that will make your life so much more enjoyable he’s always giving thanks to the holy father through Jesus. If we stay in a perpetual state of appreciation we will feel that joy that comes with it. Another thing you can do is bless everybody you see. We were given the power to give blessings so give them and watch the people around you become happier.

Much of life is suffering and this is unavoidable. But what you can do with your suffering is bringing value to it and the things that you suffered with help other people with. The best experience in life is going through it yourself and then sharing the awareness of how you got through it.

Try to find joy in the things above not on the things on earth. in the spiritual realm there is nothing but peace and serenity in an overwhelming joy. But when we are in a physical realm we see the suffering and we see all the bad around us. So for me I spend as much time in a spiritual realms as possible because that brings me peace, gentleness, kindness, patience and love.

Going trough bad times is bull..Doing things we hate well i don't know what kind of things but what do I know is that we have to do shit we don't want to,that is going to allow us to appreciate the things we do maybe overthinking can be harmful, useless n senseless...Being overanalytical too.You are a really intelligent guy n help us out a lot whit your advice.I can be like ok this is want to do,n a year later i don't want to be regretful n be like gosh I should have not done that..i should have done something else instead..I'm not supposed keep myself in a state of trial n error either...

You are right every time my mind gets distracted confused etc I repeat the words stay in the moment stay in the moment n yeah is working takes a bit of practice but the thought etc goes away

that’s exactly what I do too. What is with people like us is we need to have our mind and hands occupied at the same time in order to stay in the moment. It’s a sign of great intelligence but it also sucks. So whatever mantra it takes to remain in the present moment do it! Anytime I leave the moment worry, anxiety and depression follow. when I am able to sit in the moment I feel complete and absolute peace. In the moment there’s only peace. A wonderful thing to do is to spend 30 to 60 minutes a day in complete silence, quietly resting with Jesus. Just close your eyes feel that peace and rest in that piece. Keep your ears open for the small voice of the Holy Spirit.
