Welcome to the Brotherhood, @kruno, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

I've been using the Bathmate Hydropump for the last year but not really seeing lasting gain other than flaccid length. Interesting in gaining about 1inch in length and 1 inch in girth. Current I'm a decent size length size 6 3/4 (7 on a good day) and only 4.5 girth when erect. About 3-4 length when flaccid (no consistency here - even less when cold and turtling). Haven't measured girth when flaccid but not impressive so I don't bother lol. Just reading all the posts on the forums the past couple of weeks I think I'm not SRT healing which is results in less to no gains plus not enough stretching. I'm uncircumcised and with pumping I've stretch out my skin more than I would like. I'm more of grower in which I turtle alot due to the stress I put on my penis when I pump. It makes sense to allow my penis to heal in stretched mode and/or girth mode (cock ring). Just the last couple of days I've keep my cock ring on for 4-5 hrs after pumping the girth (although a a bit spongy) has maintained and my flaccid size is better. Started also expressive stretching as I seems to have quite a bit of internal length that I haven't tapped into.
I'm a newbie to some extent with some pumping practise under my belt no pun intended lol. A recommended routine would be great. Looking forward to my gains.
