Welcome to the Brotherhood, @rembrandt222, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Thank you@DLD for welcoming me on board as a new member to the brotherhood .. I been dabbling for a few years usually 6 month stints with penimaster pro I've never measured I think I'm around 7" by 5" this LG is another level although I can see how the two systems will work together .. I got a pulley rigged up on the ceiling and managed to hang 10lbs almost right off the bat I could probably benefit greatly from working from a structured routine with documented measurements etc I'll have a look into that .. I hope to get up to 8" with a bit more girth I'm sure with regular usage I'll get there with these great devices .. if I need some guidance I'll send over a message (grateful) rather than just muddling along and learning by trial and error .. happy hanging bro..

Thanks for introducing yourself my brother I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend you go to the SRT routine as you have equipment and tools to do most of that routine. And please if you ever need anything just let me know I am always around
