Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

The size I tell men to go for is 8 x 6 as this is way above average and you’ll be beating 99% of the men in the world. An 8 x 6 would scare a size queen. You can reevaluate things when you reach 8 x 6 to see if you want more but the size most men go for it is 8 x 6. If you need any help with putting a routine together to get there please let me know. But I would really like you to read through the SRT thread and come back with any questions you may have
