Girth work Mityvac Hardcore stretches

Yesterday I did 18 minutes of hardcore stretches in the mityvac with silicap and SiliSleeve. I just wanted to say I have never seen my dick that fat. I have been using the bsthmate since they were developed. It was great but I always had pain in the bath mate while doing hardcore stretches and my balls always got sucked in. Yesterday NO pain at all. I pulled my dick out of the mityvac, it was dry, fucking fat as hell and immediately went into JELQS and SSJs.

put my sili rings on (one at the base and one right behind my glans) and a sili sleeve on for awhile. This morning my flaccid length and girth are amazing !

just wanted to post my experience since I am also a longtime bathmate user.

my normal EG is 5.75 out of the mityvac yesterday I was 6.6
 
Have you seen any length gained from hardcore stretches with bath mate/MV?

I can attest that many have gained serious length by accessing internal penis via hard-core stretches. The hard-core stretching is probably the most effective expressive stretch the only stretch more affective would be using the Lengthmaster at a low point and stretch from there.

can I ask how does one do a hardcore stretch with the mity vac?

So it gives more girth in a shorter amount of time is what you’ve experienced??? Also does it help with length?

It’s done exactly how you do it with the bathmate. Get a strong vacuum and then once you have achieved this pull the tube away from the penis and you are doing a hard-core stretch

Wait so this helps girth and length ? I’ve never done that with the bathmate before because it was never stable like that. I will try with the mity vac

any suggestions on how many a set or how long to do these hardcore stretches?

real quick, so after looking into that forum. I now understand the hardcore stretches. But to filter out misleading information....I want to perform a kegel while doing these exercises correct? I also want to do these everyday and if it’s too much I should trim some of that off to maybe every other day right??

also what was the success of others with this? For example 3-6 months .25 inch in erect length? Or is mainly just flaccid length? Will my EQ also suffer by doing this?

please let me know so I know what’s clear for me to do when making a routine.

And to be clear on reverse kegel. I know how to kegel the regular way, but reverse ?? It’s when you feel it more at the base correct?? Where as regular kegels are felt underneath right?

These are muscle movements that you can use when you’re urinating to understand what a reverse and a normal kegel are. You do not need to be urinating to do this but it’s an easy way to find the muscle muscle movement. When you’re urinating and you stop the flow of urine you are doing a Kegel. When you are urinating and you push the flow of urine you’re doing a Reverse Kegel.
 
Reverse kegel then would be to just tighten up your abs or as many doctor tell you "bear down" when they check for hernia. Is that correct?

Not really. A reverse Kegel is best found when you are pissing. When you push the flow of urine that is an RK and when you stop the flow of urine that is a K.

Those who are finding it difficult to do hardcore stretches with their pumps should get a length master and do expressive stretching. Bundled expressive stretching will bring gains in length faster than penis pumps hardcore stretches.

With an erection you pump to 100% pressure then grip the tube and pull away from you body.

Kind of gathered that. I have been pulling up, pulldown and then pulling to the side for around a minute each. I really haven't tried straight out hard

I just did these hard core stretches for the first time and I have to say just wow! Those stretches are intense. I’m going to incorporate them into my routine. @DLD since these are stretches should I go directly into my silisleeve afterwards?
Yes after every length session use a sleeve to remain extended while you heal
