Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Jr85, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Cheers. Am glad for this forum. I am going to take starting measurements tonight, but suspect that I am 6.25 erect, uncertain girth. Am in my mid 50s, so wondering if gains are possible at my age. Would like to hit 8.5 length, not sure what a good girth measurement is.

I am also in my mid-50s so I would not worry my friend. We have a couple men here in their 70s and 80s. It’s always a good time to grow your penis!

Wow, hey thanks for the response. I just assumed it was a bot. Very cool. Anyway, I'm doing a lot of thinking/ self-assessment (ah, hell, it's a mid-life crisis so may as well accept it), and want to incorporate PE into my self- improvement regimen. I am assuming that at first I will do a stretching/ jelqing combination as it combines low cost without also needing to purchase any apparatus (I have a 12 year old boy) to conceal. I'm also wondering if / when to tell my wife. Hopefully things will go well, I'll realize some gains, and then I'd be happy to let her know.
So I think I am going to start with the newbie routine from Th*nd3rs Pl@ce, and maybe look into some type of traction device. I'm not sure about that, or the pump. I'm trying to get from a low 6 to a low 8", and I know it may take 2 years or so, but that's alright. As long as it's permanent.
Once again, thanks for the site and your post. Any thoughts you have on the above would e appreciated.

I would go with our newbie routine because that’s the routine that Th*nd3rs Pl@ce stole from us. And be sure to never buy equipment anywhere but here were you get a warranty for life. Look over the Newbie routine and come back to me with any answers you may have. From there I can help you refine the workout.
