Welcome to the Brotherhood, @kvk-at, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

22 austria here, just registered because I started with a bath mate, Had some jelqing years before..

Just started with the bath mate a month ago just by pumping, but now i am interested in finding a routine..
read something about stretches?
Before that I was just pumping for 3x3-4 Minutes with maximum pressure...

Just read the routines, but I am a bit overwhelmed by so much words and ideas ^^

welcome my brother I appreciate your post. It can be overwhelming when you approach this without understanding the forums and I’m so glad you inquired so I can help you. What I direct men to do is first read through two posts, SRT and the newbie routine. Between these two posts you will gain extensive knowledge.

I would love to help you put a routine together and I think the perfect girth portion should be the 5×5×3 that you will find in SRT. Your length routine should go according to the newbie routine stretches. These stretches can be done by hand but are much better done with the Lengthmaster. I would also add in the testicle health massage and stretch, erect stretching and expressive stretching.

Have a read through this information and come back with any questions you might have and from there we can put a routine together that makes the best of your time with the best possible exercises.
