Length routine question

Basically as far as I got it - there is plain stretches, s2s, bundle stretches. And that’s it?
I figured out I have no idea what I’m doing now with stretches without jelqs or anything else. I’m on my way getting my devices but till then I can only stick to these three?
My length is 6.25 and my girth 5.25, length is my focus now, to get an 8”.
What do you guys do with manuals? Did you form your own routine? I’ve seen DLD’s stretching routine that is basic jelqs+stretches, that’s it, also bundle stretches at the beginning
So far only routine I had experience with are JP90 and LPSG(where LPSG and thunders newbie looks like low volume ones)
What do you think?
Any pin points on duration of each - for example 15 min stretches all sides, then 3x50 s2s, what about bundles?

The basic stretch-directions are as follows:
  • BTC: Behind the Cheeks
  • SD: Straight Down
  • SO: Straight Out
  • SU: Straight Up
  • L: Left
  • C: Center
  • R: Right
  • CW: Clockwise (right)
  • CCW: Counter-Clockwise (left)
  • RC: Rotary Cranks (CW/CWW)
DLD took all those directions and created a beginner routine to hit every possible angle in one PE-training length session. The default duration for each angle is 30-seconds. The amount of tension you create for each stretch will depend on the available resources, hands, Length-Master or anything else.

Length gains is about stretching the inner-penis, the septum, and the tunica, the rest will follow. DLD has advanced stretches, Erect, Expressive and Bundles, to directly hit these areas.

In the SRT Routine the default duration are as follows:
  • Bundled (CW/CCW): 5-minutes
  • Erect: 10-minute (3x a week)
  • Expressive: 5-minute
So, a routine would look like the following:

LENGTH | Routine per Set
BUNDLED STRETCHES: (5-15 Minutes)​
MANUAL STRETCHES * : 30-seconds each position | 4 sets (32-Minutes)​
BTC: L / C / R | RC (25 reps) CW​
SD: L / C / R | RC (25 reps) CCW​
SO: L / C / R | RC (25 reps) CW​
SU: L / C / R | RC (25 reps) CCW​
EXPRESSIVE STRETCH: (6-Minutes)​
ERECT STRETCH: (10-Minutes) | 3 times a week​

Now, you can increase the intensity by either the duration of the stretch, or the amount of force in the stretch, or the number of sets or any combination of the three. That will be at your discretion along with the resources and PE-equipment available to you. Note, more isn't always better, it's about finding the right balance of intense stress and recovery time for your penis to repair and rebuild itself to earn gains.

Get a length master brother. There are too many length master exercises that you can do and all of them are done in a bundled state.
