I have been PEing on and off for years. Well, my journey started working for length and girth, concentrating in girth after a while and now I am back for both. I have been pumping exetensively in the past, with air pumping to have absolutely no effect on me personally while on the other hand I love my bathmate extreme 7 since that works for me fine. It is also a nice try to have a shower before sex and use the bathmate to get a little of this nice post workout girth.. any advise on routines, how to pace them up and how to cement our gains are much appreciated.

I started from 6.7' BPEL and around 5' in girth, and I am now 7.8 BPEL and 5.6 in girth. However, when I do girth exercises my girth goes up to 6' that is my goal. (FYI my length goal is 8' NBEL..) But I seem unable to sustain the 6' girth after my girth session. If I use a cock ring then my girth is 5.75-6', but I would like to sustain this girth without having to use a cock ring. In addition, if I do not jelq for a couple of days my gains tend to disappear. Any help?

What exactly is your BM work out?
 
If you go to the newbie routine and you look for the PC work out; this will be your best way to increase EQ. But you can do other things also like edging and ballooning.
 
Hey DLD, the kegels worked fine! I could not do all 50 5sec ones at once but I will pace them up! I remember that there was a nice thread here with title: "how big is he" and can't find the link. Can you send me the link? Thank you very much
 
Hello again DLD! Thank you for the leank. I I do the SRT 5x5x3 method but instead do some jelqing between the BM sets that do not require full erection, do this do the work?
 
If you’re having issues with EQ and you need to use the jelq for now that’s fine but I highly recommend moving into the SSJ as soon as possible. The SSJ can be done in the range of 80% to 100% erect to be affective. You could also pick up some Viagra and use small amounts to help you during your girth work. What are used to do is buy 100 mg tablets and break them into 25 mg. This was very inexpensive and extremely effective. 25 mg would cost you about $.50 a session
 
Hi,.I have already tried this exactly as you said, using 50mg first that game me a dam headache. Then I used 25mg and still felt my head poping a little bit.. The other pills like levitra or stendra are the doing pretty much the same job to give them a try?

One more question DLD, when should I do the kegels? Before length workout? Before girth workout? Or should the kegels have distance between workouts?
 
I would do before your girth work. But what you really want to do is get in the habit of doing them through the whole entire day. It seems hard at first but eventually you’ll see the benefits.

I got in the habit of doing them all day long and I think other people should do the same thing. I just do them like I’m breathing I’m doing them right now as I’m typing. The more the better and if you get yourself in the habit of doing them all the time you won’t even know you’re doing them them

One last thing. How can I avoid the darker skin due to Bathmate use? Any tips?

Are you sure that you use the 5×5×3 routine in SRT and this will keep much of discoloration away. In addition after you’re finished training 5 to 10 minutes of deep tissue massage will also deal with discoloration. You will never ever ever want to pump for too long because you’ll end up with a lot of water retention and discoloration. Using the 5×5×3 this nightmare is completely avoided and you end up with pure tissue expansion
 
Hi DLD, I just want to share with you the fact that when I was using my Bathmate for 15 to 20 min max, I have great results but I had this ugly fluid.. is there a way to treat the discoloration of the fluid? I tried the 5x5x3 method. It is ok, but if I what a lazy method that worked fine, keeping the BM as long as possible do I have any other risk besides the fluid and the discoration?
 
The only method I suggest in pumping is the 5×5×3. You can adjust the time and reps to fit into what you want but simply pumping straight through for 15/20 minutes it’s gonna do nothing but bring fluid retention. When you use the 5×5×3 methodology you end up with greater tissue expansion with barely any fluid retention
 
Hi DLD, you are soooo right. I took 10mg of cialis and worked the routine by the letter with the slow squash jelks. I got a super expansion, I measured almost was 6 inches in the middle!

Do you also have any advise like that for length? ;)

With length work the trick is to stretch after you have sex with your wife. After you have an orgasm your penis is in a state of complete refractory fatigue for an average of 20 minutes. If you stretch during this state you will see gains come so much quicker. But the best advice I can give you on gaining length is doing every stretch you do using the Lengthmaster.

I seem not me able to gain in length though.. I have Dorsal Thickening/Septum. Any advise on how could I break this steel cord?

wow! You have packed that tube big time! I think it’s time for a new bathmate. With your incredible girth you may want to look at the Bathmate Wideboy, link below. Just gives you a lot more room for growth and will eliminate some of the unneeded room for length. You could always go with one size BM larger and deal with the negative space using a wine vacuum. I think the latter is the best way to go.

As far as length goes I would love to help you put a routine together. How much are you looking to grow? How much time can you put into the length portion of your work per day? Do you own any length tools? Let me know the answer and I can help you put this routine together.

As far as the length is concerned, I need an inch or so in length but it seems very hard for me. I have grown around 2 centimeters over the years maybe less, and I think that I didn't have that steel cold back then.. However, I gain in girth quite easily :)

I can devote half an hour, maybe a bit more per day for manuals, and can use an ADS for hours. I have a VLC tugger and an extender, but I would prefer using the strap. I have also the weigt hanger.

Pretty much that is. I am waiting for your insights!
 
I would go with the nine and use the wine vacuum modification. Here is the link

As far as the 15 minutes go I recommend you use the newbie routine stretches. They cover every conceivable angle. And when you want to add intensity in the future you can add in the Lengthmaster which will skyrocket your length growth.

in addition I would like you to do 10 minutes of erect stretching two times per week.

I would also like to see you add in three sets of expressive stretching for 30 seconds per set. Expressive stretching without a device is very simple, rip your penis at the very base and stretch from there.

If you have the time I would also highly recommend the testicle health massage and stretch as this will bring your flaccid size very close to your erect size. It will allow your penis to hang much lower and heavier and longer.

Lone time no see.. :) I do not know how to do the expressive stretches.. how do I grip on the base of the penis? If I start from the base my grip will go up till the penis head and end up doing a simple stretch puling along a lot of skin.. Could you please elaborate?

It’s very simple you simply grip your penis at your base and stretch straight out from there. It’s just like if you’re stretching blow your head you’re only gripping at the base.
