Penis is too hard even at semi erect state

My penis has recently started becoming too hard even at semi erect state making it harder to jelq, how do i overcome this?

What do you mean by hard? Do you mean you’re staying erect?

yeah, i'm staying erect and the shaft is too hard even at 60% erection level making it harder to jelq blood through the penis, i've been doing PE for 3 months now. Should i continue jelqing with the hard erections

If your shaft is too hard, that means you have an erection of 100%, not 60%.
By semi hard, are you talking about the angle of the erection? If that is the case, depending on what exercises you're doing, it could be just ligament expansion that is lowering your angle.

Me, after so many years of PE, it was along time ago that my penis stopped pointing straight out or up during an erection. Because of the suspensory ligament growth. If I squeeze my PC muscle during an erection yes it points straight out, but that is supported only by the blood pressure on the CC. Naturally, the suspensory ligaments is mostly what supports the erection angle.

I trained that 100% erect my entire program as far as girth goes. In stretching if you have a problem remaining flaccid I suggest just stretching erect. Stretching erect is just as powerful as stretching flaccid. Another idea is after you have sex with your wife do your girth work then. Do you have a good 20 to 30 minutes of refractory that you can take advantage of.

My erections are too perfect so I just wanted to know whether it was effective to continue jelqing at 100% erect since i get hard pretty fast. Considering you did the same, i'll also continue cause it seems i'm on the right path

Try to jelq at an upward angle, for me, the erection hardens if I jelq straight or at a downward angle but it gets sofer if I jelq up, I think you should try different angles and find the one that feels the best in terms of grip and pressure you're getting.

A really good study to read is “is the penis a balloon or a rope” I wrote this study because I trained 100% erect When everybody in the PE community was saying it was dangerous. I found out that when we train erect in girth it brings us beyond our 100%. So after you train you will see excellent expansion and elongation.

I Was "lucky" to hang erected back in the day when I started but it was all random luck. Just like our friend @ben marvyn , I was unable to avoid a 100% erection when attempting to hang or do any exercise. So I said fuck it, and kept hanging always erected which gave me all my initial gains.

I miss those days of being so desensitized from adult entertainment and everything else that just the wind would make you hard. A low res pic of a girl in a mini skirt was all I needed to jerk off back then LOL.

I always used to dry jelq 90+ erection simply because I liked to get expanded over 100% level and I think that was one reason I gained so much length from jelqing, However, this is not for the newbs.
 
If you start at say 80% direct and let’s say you gain 20% expansion or elongation. When you do the math you’re not getting beyond you’re 100% size. But let’s say you start at 90% and you get the same 20% expansion or elongation now you have trained 10% beyond your maximum size effectively bringing gains so much faster. That was my belief 10 years ago and it’s still my belief today
