You never bundle if you have an erection that would cause issues. We only do bundles when you’re completely flaccid. I’m not understanding the rest of your question though, can you rephrase that for me.
One of the stretches on your videos is twisting the penis when mostly erect but not completely. It is being pulled downward and out. I was asking if stretches like this should be done during length exercise or after girth?

This is an exercise to correct a twist in the penis. It works the same way you deal with a curved penis. It should never go past a quarter turn in either direction or you might end up with Peyronie’s
Yeah, I think it is called a bundled erect stretch...if I want the most length possible should I just focus on DLD advanced super sets, DLD blasters and Bundled stretches because I have the silistretcher and length master plus I just ordered the size doctor.

What would you say is most important? Kegel and Reverse Kegels while stretching and staying elongated while healing? How long do I need to be elongated while healing? An hour or two minimum or is it different for everyone? Don't mean to ask so many questions I just want to be committed and see some results. All I want is an inch. It's really all I need. I would definitely love a routine specified on length. I always have trouble gaining length, but girth is very easy for me. I'm naturally 6.9in in length and 6in in girth but when I'm bone pressed I'm 7.3in so I guess all that meat goes in when I fuck lol.

When stretching you never do a Kegal you only use the reverse Kegel. When you engage in this it allows you to stretch your penis without your pelvic floor muscles holding back the stretch.
Staying elongated is just as important as anything else in PE. You should put as much effort into your healing as you are into your gaining. two hours a day is plenty. So after you do the work you want to remain elongated for as long as possible. The best device for this is the SiliStretcher.
Regular Kegels should be done daily according to the Newbie Routine.

I believe what you’re referring to is DLD blasters. The Kegel/reverse Kegel of DLD Blasters is completely separate than the Kegel routine in the Newbie Routine, these should be done every day too
