Good new Routine?

I recently returned to doing PE, and I purchased the air/ water pump on the shop that was going for 150. My question is what would be a good routine starting back? IM currently air pumping for 10mins at around 5 to 10 pressure. And I also pump non elect btw.

Thanks for the question. The best workout you can do if you’re pumping is the 5×5×3 in SRT. This will bring up to an inch of temporary growth after a session and quickly that temporary growth turns into permanent gains. There is no faster way to gamThere is no faster way to gain girth.
