Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Rooster, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

To be perfectly candid, I have no clue about any of this stuff or how to approach it. I'm a total newb here. Honestly, I'm intrigued, a little skeptical, and even a little terrified of injury if I were to try some of this stuff. Nevertheless, my curiosity has brought me back here as I see people saying that they've actually had success with some of these techniques. Currently, I'm a little over 5 3/4, right around the 6 inch mark just depending on how erect I am. If the gains I've seen people here say they've achieved are really possible, I'd say my goal would be to achieve 1 to 2 inches in length. Maybe a little extra girth, but I'm not terribly displeased in the girth department.

I can understand the skepticism as this is a miraculous thing! But I can tell you my brother it is true you found the secret. What I suggest is to dabble a bit by using the newbie routine stretching section. These stretches will cover every angle of growth and I’m pretty sure within a month you’ll be a believer.

Thanks. I have been browsing trying to get an understanding on what is what. There's a lot to learn and become familiar with.

Yes it can be overwhelming and daunting at first but I try to keep that very very organized for you members by giving you two threads to create your routine. SRT and the Newbie routine. Between these two routines we should be able to come up with a kick ass program for you. For now I would go with the newbie routine while including some of the SRT healing concepts.
