this is so exciting and I’m so happy that you started with a progress thread. Your goals are very realistic and I think you’re planning to use the
SRT routine in which case this growth will come so quickly. Have you worked out a routine yet? If not read through
SRT, the first post, and create your routine there. Come back and post it and I will critique it for you.
MY JOURNEY'S STARTUP ROUTINE
AM PE Routine:
300 Kegals -
1 second hold
300 Reverse Kegals -
1 second hold
10 minute warmup with heating pad
Bundled
LengthMaster Newbie Routine
Wear SiliSleeve 5
Foreskin Restoration Routine:
While wearing
SiliSleev 5
Do Method 3 stretches on foreskin every hour for 2 minutes
(Make sure to get in 12 x 2 minute manual foreskin stretches daily)
PM PE Routine:
10 minute warmup with heating pad
5 minutes of manual light stretches with hands
Air Pumping at low pressure 2Hg to 4Hg for 20 minutes
Jelqs for 5 Minutes
Air Pumping at low pressure 2Hg to 4Hg for 20 minutes
Jelqs for 5 Minutes
Wear
SiliSleev until I get ready to sleep
Sleeping Routine:
Wear the Off-Duty Retainer Cone while sleeping.
Alternate Foreskin Restoration: This will be the new routine after the TLC-X arrives.
The TLC-X will replace the
SiliSleev 5 if using it as a tugger during the day. I will still do manual foreskin stretches every hour for 2 minutes and then put back on the TLC-X.

This has been my routine the last few days basically. Just without the
LengthMaster,
SiliSleev 5, TLC-X, and Retainer Cone. I will start adding the
LengthMaster stretches in since I can wrap with the
DuroSleev and
SiliCap starting tomorrow. I'll add the TLC-X into the skin restoration routine after it arrives in the mail. I will probably follow this routine for the next 2 months. I will possibly up the Air Pumping intensity range from "2Hg to 4Hg", and change it to "2Hg to 5Hg" after the first month. Right now I stay at 2Hg to 3Hg and spike to 4Hg at the end of my pumping sessions for now. I am not conditioned enough yet to go above 4Hg. 4Hg already feels kinda dangerous when i'm pumping right now.
After 2 months I will probably add in light
weight hanging using the
LengthMaster for the AM routine. I will take Sundays off for the PE routines. I will still keep up with the Foreskin Routine on Sundays though. I hope reach to reach full foreskin restoration in a year. So that's why I am putting so much time into the foreskin routine. I saw someone on R3dd1t did it in a year and he did manual foreskin stretches hourly for 12 to 14 hours everyday and he wore the TLC-X.
I have no expectations for how long it will take to grow 2 inches in length. I just hope to see some newbie gains by the end of the second month. I don't really plan on concentrating on girth. I think my girth will increase some on it's own since I just started pumping. I really hope it doesn't increase much. I would be leading a sad life if I couldn't get blowjobs because of girth. Blowjobs have priority over girth gains. ?

Notes While Testing Out The Routine Today (Sept-17-2020):
- 300 kegels and 300 reverse kegels might have been too many. I might lower it to 50/50 starting tomorrow.
- Depending on how I feel tomorrow. I might have to lower my air pumping to x2 10 minutes sessions instead of x2 20 minute ones. Since I will have done the Bundled LengthMaster routine in the morning.
Notes Next Day Follow-Up Testing Out The Routine (Sept-18-2020):
- I feel great after waking up. I ended up doing 14 manual tug sessions instead of just 12.
- My pelvic floor felt tight last night from all the kegels. It feels fine now. I will still lower the kegels to 50/50.
- The x2 20 minute air pumping sessions were fine. I don't need to reduce the time.
