Growth vs Strength in PE???

hey guys been having this on my mind, so since we are going for length and girth gains, is it possible to adapt the penis to the routines and make it stop gaining? cause like the muscle if you're going for growth you have to train certain way if want strength gains you have to train a certain way correct so how do we train to constatntly stimulate growth vs making it just strong???
 
PE exercises are all for Stretching the penis tissues to promote length and girth Gains (growth)...
...Kegel exercises are for Strengthening the PC (Pubococcygeus) muscles for stronger, harder, and longer lasting erections

When gains slow down or stop, you must shock the body (penis) To promote growth; it's about "damage-control". It's important to maintain an accurate progress journal to have an acute awareness of your progress to make the necessary changes when needed for reaching your goal.
 
the reason i brought this up is cause someone in the pe community brought this to my attention for example when hanging i always had the mentality of hang as much weight as u can, but in essence its more about fatiguing the ligs to create the stretch needed for length gains example would you be better off hanging 5lbs for an hour or 15lbs for 15 minutes if time under tension is the goal???

I've always been of the belief that time under tension was more important then the actual tension measurement itself. That's how I got my length gains using the SG, lots of time under lower tension to stretch the tunica and create change.
 
yeah u know i was thinking the same thing my concern with training heavy is that the penile tissue will adapt and resist the weight making tissue breakdown harder

I gained my first 1.5" at no more than 900g tension at about 6 hours a day on the SG. I didn't go up to 1200g (and I have never gone over that) until about 6 months into training. So that's why my theory is that time under tension is key, more than overall tension itself.
 
speaking of sg i bought the vaccum version of it and i cant get this thing to hold straight upwards always wants to drop thats the major downfall im having with these tension stretchers and when i do get it to sit up it starts to put pressure on my pubic bone anyone had this issue

SG does not have a vacuum unit???
 
There’s a couple of things you can do to alleviate this. We sell the SizeDoctor which has an open base so there is no pressure against your pubic bone. We also carry the SiliStretcher Which is a completely new design on the ADS stage that will cause no base pain. Until you can receive one of these tools I suggest that you had the base of your SG with some cotton so it does not put too much pressure on your pubic bone.
 
i have the silistretcher and the i previously had the size doctor too big had to trade it in for the stealth stretcher whish is what im currently on is there a way to measure pressure with the silistretcher cause i mostly stretch from the sides so i dont know how much tension im getting with that compared to the stealth???

I’m not sure if you could do that maybe if you use the fish scale you may somehow be able to determine the pressure. I will also ask light thing if there’s any data on this

Your penis can adapt to your PE routine. This is why when you are using a length master, it is advisable to change your routine every 3 month or 4 months. It worked for me and it's still working till this moment.
