Does anyone know if the silicap 2 should be used all day in a silistretcher? It says not for all day use alone, but nothing about being in the stretcher. There’s none available in 4” length now. Emailed sales, and they haven’t responded.

Thanks DLD.
Been weary my silistretcher again as I have found a more comfortable leg strap to use. I bet using this thing alone could net guys some serious gains. Wore for 8 hours yesterday. Could feel the fatigue in my unit well after I took it off. I was so fatigued, I couldn’t even do kegels. Any idea how much tension should be applied to the silistretcher?

That answer varies per user experience, depending on your tolerance and listening to your body. We always recommend to ease into it slowly building up tension. 2-4 lbs is an average range of tension. Some people go higher when they get it down.
Some users alternate from passive to active stretching. As far as a set tension, what tension works for you for the longest time? Its about keeping constant tension while being comfortable for long sessions. The more hours you wear it, the quicker you start seeing gains. Dont go overboad
I wish there was some way of telling how much tension is on the strap. I’m just winging it by going until I feel a good pull, and attaching the Velcro. It’d be cool if it had a built in tension meter, kinda like the PF.
