I’m thinking that we should start with the basics and tap to every angle of gain we can. There are many angles and techniques to lengthening the penis. In growth It really comes down to four categories.
1. ligament stretching
2. Tunica expansion
3. Expressing internal penis
4. Cementing growth
In these four areas there are growth methods but there are also healing methods. Growth and healing go hand-in-hand with making permanent gains. I will attempt to create a routine that will cover these four areas and utilize the equipment you have.
Ligament stretching would include these angular stretches.
Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary
Stretches : 25-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary
Stretches : 25-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds

Addressing the tunica would be doing bundled stretching before every routine. A bundled stretch can be done manually by simply twisting your penis once or twice, whatever is most comfortable, and then stretching from there in all directions.
Addressing internal penis means doing expressed of exercises. Since you only have your hands to do this I suggest gripping your penis at the extreme base and stretching out from there.
Lastly cementing your gains. This can be done in two ways with your situation. To 10 minute sessions of erect erect stretching will help big time and making temporary games permanent. You should also be wearing your ADS At all times you were not training. This will help exponentially in healing all the work you will be doing.
