Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

I'm returning to training in PE after several years of time "away" from it. I'm 7.5" bp by about 5.5" girth. Starting was somewhere around 6.25" bp 10 years ago. I think I managed to solidify and keep my 7.5 incher these years just from the ocassional tug and jelq here and there. My goal was always 8" nbp though and I think with the right time, effort, and tools I can reach that potential fairly quickly. So I'm back at it looking for one more inch. (And maybe some girth work later on down the line to fill in and solidify size again)

I'm considering purchasing a lengthmaster for quicker gains on my current stretch routine. My tools are my hands, Sizegenetics, phallosan, and bathmate.

I've started back up a basic srt routine for length.
Stretches: 20 min
Size genetics: 1 hr
Stretches: 5 min.
Size genetics: 1 hr
Stretches: 5 min.
Phallosan: 2 hr or duration of sleep if comfortable.

I think that alone would eventually get me there but I wanted to pop on here and see what kind of routines people are gaining with nowadays.

Welcome back my brother and I hope that this time you make some incredible growth. I would suggest a few changes in your equipment list that will be less expensive and will bring you much more quality. Instead of the Phallosan go with the SiliStretcher, a much better set up. I would also forgo the SizeGenetics with the Stealth Stretcher. These carry a lifetime warranty. I would look through this equipment and let me know what you think.

When you do decide on equipment let me know and I can start to put a routine together for you.

I went ahead and purchased a lengthmaster and silisleeve to add to the list of tools. I'll be stopping there due to $ concerns. I recognize there are more updated devices out there but for now I gotta stick with the ads devices I already have because I think the way I personally use and mod them will be with the best of both worlds, strong stretch and length of use. I'm hoping the Lengthmaster will give me that initial strong stretch I'm after because I think it's the biggest potential improvement. My hands are tired of pe! haha

So my toolset will be:

Lengthmaster
Phallosan
Size Genetics
Silisleeve
Bathmate


(I have started to use the phallosan cap modded into my size genetics in a way that sort of mimics the stealth stretcher and I find it fairly comfortable even at high tension).

My plan would be to use the lengthmaster for upwards of 20-30 mins then the modded size genetics at high tension for however many hour long intervals of time I have, then finish and sleep with the traditional phallosan. Then use the silisleeve as a last measure if there's discomfort or I can't sleep.

Is there anything you'd specifically do differently with this set up DLD? Just patiently waiting for my lengthmaster to ship now before I can try this new routine out.

I'll be very pleased if I can crank out 1/2 inch in 6 months with this!
 
That sounds great for a length routine. You’re covering both active and passive gaining and healing which is the whole premise behind SRT.

What do you plan to do as far as your girth is concerned?
 
I've never dove into a serious girth routine. or honestly even know much about them.. So I'd probably fall into a lot of bathmate pump sessions and jelq every day with some jelq variations. But that's about the extent of girth work I've done in the past. I'm not super worried about it to be honest though because I know it'll come a year or more down the road when I'm done length training.

For an update I've finished a first full week back at it and didn't skip a single day on length training. Not gonna go too crazy on measuring all the time but I can honestly already feel slight gains. (Probably quick temporary and old gains coming back) Lengthmaster arrives today and I'll be able to start my 2nd week with a stronger stretch.

It'd be nice if i had some viagra handy because when I do measure, adult entertainment can only get me to like 90-95% erect at best. Not sure if that's a lack of kegels or just cuz I'm getting old.
 
The best comp workout in my opinion is the 5×5×3 sound in the SRT routine. I like this because it not only brings great expansion it also reduces water retention big-time. So in my opinion this is the best routine for you to use for girth.

The lengthmaster is a perfect addition to my routine! One of the pros of this thing is you don't ever have to release tension as you switch into different stretches. Unlike when you have to switch hands and reapply powders and all of that jazz when you're using a manual exercise.

I've been finding myself doing 2 or 3 sets of stretches a day instead of just one set before bed. The bundle stretches actually feel more comfortable to me because there is less pressure on the glans and more internal. I do bundles in every which way. One of my favorites so far is using the hip bones as leverage to dig one handle into and pull on the other for the upwards angled stretch. You can sit like that for several minutes with probably 30 pounds of force or more just from holding the handle. It's crazy how powerful it can be and virtually effortless.

It did take me a day or two to find the right wrap. I am unfortunately one of those guys where my glans tries to slide back into the clamp. The pain of this was way too much to handle to do any type of tension. I must have tried 10-15 wraps and was continually discourage until a bad stroke of luck turned into a good one and I'll explain.

The Silisleeve I purchased was the 3/4 inch by 5.75 and having not done enough research, I realized that size is way too small. I think I'm a larger girth than I realized. My soft girth is 5 inches and erect is closer to somewhere around 5.8. (my sig is incorrect cuz I couldn't remember. I'll have to measure correctly soon) I ended up viewing some threads where people had stretched their sleeves in order to compensate so I stretched mine over various sized cylinders and eventually managed to stretch it over a fleshlight tube. The thing is probably upwards of 10 inches or more in girth so I left it for a few hours. Came back and found it had ripped apart straight down lengthwise and was completely separated into basically what looks like a wrap instead of a tube.

I was initially pissed that I broke my silisleeve but later on when I was still struggling to find the right wrap for LM I ended up trying the broken silisleeve wrapped most of the way up my shaft in a way that it covers up to about the lower half of my glans. And this was apparently the trick for me. I needed a thick strong non slip material to keep the skin from allowing the glans to pull back.

TLDR: I accidentally ripped my new silisleeve in half trying to stretch it and it luckily became the only working wrap for me to use the Lengthmaster.

My wrapping method now is thermaband over the shaft, silisleeve wrap over shaft and lower part of glans, then the black sports adhesive right below glans to complete and hold everything together. This way there is almost no movement and much less discomfort in the glans. I keep blood in my glans so it can't pull back.

Is there any type of "broke my silisleeve" discount or warranty?


I'm wrapping with the ace bandage anyway but I can tell the silisleeves would come in handy once you find the appropriate size. And now I know I'll actually NEED that type of material on hand at all times for wrapping with the Lengthmaster
