Yea first few months I started I didn't gain, I stopped came back did another month and stopped again cause of no gains. Think my issue was sometimes not doing the exercises correctly and consistency, 4th time I gave it a go I managed 1" gain roughly but stopped as I was having EQ issues. Came back recently and still 0.75" up I've started again around Jan, past 2 mths I've been consistent but no gains in EL but gained in flaccid, Im gonna keep going as I know they will come, I've gotta up my game that's all.
