ROP bar dimensions? Ring of Power

I've come back onto the forum today and found a post about Supra's ROP.
I see he's no longer producing it however a similar device can be bought online.

My question is to anybody who has one of these rings;

What diameter bar is used please?

I wore one for about six months and it did absolutely nothing for me. I think it was a craze that has fizzled out due to no real results.
