I Need 3 Length Master Intense Exercises

I've been doing the dld blasters with my length master for almost 6 months now. I want to change my routine now. I've done downward bundled stretches, bundled mandingo stretches and bundled dld blasters.

I need 3 different length master exercises that I can do throughout this year. Please I will appreciate your comments.

have you tried rolls yet? That is a very powerful LM exercise. Another thing that’s very very powerful is the newbie stretches done with the LM. You could also do fulcrum bundles using the body of the LM. I would also look through all the powerassist exercises to see if any of those jive with you.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the lengrh master rolls the same thing as the dld blasters?
 
I don’t know the name of the stretch but one of my favourites was from a DLD and I think Jackxxx discussion a number of months back. The topic was focus on weakening the tunica.

The exercise is pretty basic but gives an awesome stretch and tunica workout.

Basic 180 degree rotation and bend the shaft 90 plus degrees. Then stretch....
Simple yet silly effective.

When you said I can do fulcrum bundles, will it require me to use only the power assist? I want all my exercises to be done with the lengthmaster. I have done the length master rolls. But I did it bundled.

I do it standing and just place the handles of the LM behind my thighs. Flex the glutes a few times to stretch things out and grip with my hands and push backward for some serious arse lig stretch.

This is different from the downward bundled stretches right?
 
Very, when I do the LM BTC stretch I do it without any bundle at all and really focus on the lig part of the stretch.
You will definitely feel the difference of the stretches.
 
Yeah, kinda as a pre stretch I put the handles behind the back of my thighs. Flex the glutes and stretch, then with a bend of the knees I put my hands on the handles and try to push the LM as far behind my body as I can.

I will do this particular exercise for 1 hour daily for 3 months. Thanks for this bro

I'm still in need of two more length master exercises. I remember there is one called the foot long stretch but I don't know how it is done.
