Welcome to the Brotherhood, @thestrcroixkid, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

...actually D, I do have a question, how do I post our starting points and our objectives...I see them displayed in the lower corners of members posts...just dont see a way to do it yet....
 
You will do this in your signature. Click on your name it’ll bring you to your dashboard and from there you can add your size and other information
 
sorry D!, did not see your question @ the bottom of your post...currently @ 6.2 BPEL & 5.75 MSEG, would like to achieve %50 growth within a year or so, and would ultimately like to be 10 X 6.5 in 2-3y, possible?...I have ordered a LengthMaster and already have a Sili2 and a MityVac, i have cylinders from MOS, Thickwall and LeLuv (I went nuts), I ordered a SizeGenetics but it is fucking excruciating, I am numb, blue and cold inside 10 mins., I use Extenze as a supplement...but it does make me a bit queasy/jumpy...Ive read the SRT outline and was wondering if you had supplements that you recommend?...My routine is daily and consists of 20 min basic stretching upon waking with a morning erection (7a-ish), if the need arises, I'll sometimes get off after, then straight into the sili2 with moderate tension until around 6pm, ( if I dont have a heavy workout, if so the sili2 is only off for the duration), I then take a 1-2 hour break until 8 or so, then grab the Vac and do 3 sets of 20mins @ 5hg (I reach 7" length @ this pressure after full warm up) I jelq for 3-5 mins in between...I've tried several times to sleep while in the sili2, but I just cant, so I throw on a silicap and call it a day...Ive been at it for about a month and have gained nearly .25" erect length and .75" stretched flaccid (6.25" to 7") ...I am sure that the erect measurement is due mostly to erection quality, which now seems much better...

Man you have a great collection of equipment and a very good platform to blast off from. I would love to work with you and put together a routine that will bring you to your goals as fast as possible. Let me know if you want some help putting a routine together and if so post it here in this thread.
 
D, question, can the sili2, if used exclusively, make gains? If so, what kind of weight would you need to replicate? 5lbs constant? 10? Less? What would the time frame be? Just wondered your thoughts on this.

The SS can hold up to 10 pounds using a SiliSleeve but if you use a Duro sleeve you can get up to 20 pounds. At this week I would say you’d want to go for 3 to 4 sets a day for 20 minutes per set. You could also look into the two new hanging routines I put in SRT, they are very powerful and logical. Just click on SRT and scroll down and you’ll see the two workouts. Check them out let me know what you think and if I can help you any further.
 
I am actually wearing the sili2 with durosleeves 10-12hrs a day after morning erect stretches....is this too much?

WOW ? I LOVE IT!
I am a PE psycho I trained 365 24/7! Nothing was too much for me but I also knew my body very well. If this is not causing you issues and is bringing you gains then rock it!

Tons of control and amazing versatility!!...added the hardcore belt system to the SS also, really just for that heavy duty knee strap, but tried the ankle setup...great for cooler weather with pants, you can dial in perfect tension for either healing, or light to med. stretch with ZERO fluctuation in tension compared to strapping just at the knee...im sold...SCIENCE!

I am so happy that you have received your LM and you’ve already realize the power that’s in your hands now. There is no better tool in the world to assist in the strength that’s needed in the exercises you’re doing. This is the only device created that actually adds intensity to basic stretching and advanced stretching. Take your time and learning it and once you’ve mastered it it’s all good from there!
 
D, just a note to say thankyou, Ive been working hard your suggestions have paid off! My daily routine, per your direction, is as follows upon waking:

Morning:
Stretches/Get off
10 mins w/ the LM
Into the SS, hang 12lbs for 5 mins...
Stay in the SS2 for MINIMUM 10hrs., maintaining max pressure tolerable (this naturally decreases as the day wears on) while combining both reverse and forward kegels at the rate of 30 to 60 per hour, I also manipulate and focus stretch my tunica for 5-10 mins hourly with thumb pressure near the base of the shaft.
Evening:
Remove SS2, gain some blood flow and
the into the MityVac for 15x3 @ 7.5 Hg. (after 1st set I am now hitting 7.3 inches in the pump @ 5 hg, up .3 inch from only a few weeks ago...!!)
Rest until bedtime...then back into the SS2 before bed and stay for around four more hours...remove until morning and start again!
Gains are listed below...I am fucking stoked! Note; I was approx 90% erect for the measurements...

Lets just keep this here for now until I hit the 90 day mark, wanna make sure my gains dont plateau and have to switch up the routine. Also, was looking for a Silistretcher routine that you had posted....I cant seem to find where it was posted....?
